I've been a fan of Tiger balm for a few years but the BJolly lotion is WAY BETTER!! I have a messed up rotator cuff and this product helps out so much better than that other stuff. I competed in a stick fighting tournament over the weekend and BJolly came in clutch during the tournament and definitely helped with the next day soreness! A friend of Brett's gave me a little to try and since then, this product is all I use on my knee now. I have arthritis in my knee and 42K really helps with the pain and even brings the swelling down.
